See that ship? It was here this week. It's called The World. It's HUGE. It's a cruise ship, but for residents. Yep. Residents. Something like 165 condos, apartments, homes on the water, whatever you want to call it. 300 staff. The people who live on it live, well, all over the world. Some of them stay on it all the time, others fly to it when they want to. You know, they just meet up with their summer home, wherever it happens to be. Portland, the Bahamas, Greece, wherever. You can also rent the rooms. The smallest, a studio, is 300 and some odd square feet. In the "off season," it starts at $1300 a night. I was planning to book the 6 bedroom penthouse for later in the summer. Want to join me?

Today ended up being my last day at Noahs, and my first day at the new job. It went really well. I am excited about this job, and looking forward to Monday! The only bad part was that my day ended with me being poked and prodded with 4 needles. I had to get a flu shot, tetanus shot, TB test, and 2 vials of blood drawn. The hospital where my office will be requires it.

It's raining here today, and I think maybe for a good bit of the weekend. I'm ok with that.
Currently watching: Felicity season 4

Congratulations on the new job!
I have seen that ship on the Travel channel! Talk about a dream......
You parents are here and we had a lovely visit tonight. Going truck shopping in the morning.
Love you,
Denise
Update: The purchasing prices range from 2-7 Million; and then you have to pay 10% of that price per year, due to the fact that it's an all inclusive deal.
